Who We Are & What We Do
a residence where girls 8-18 will live safe from abuse, be restored to mental and physical health, are equipped for the future, and nurtured for a happy productive life.

Vision
At Rose Petals for Ashes, we will help girls to find their beauty and strength within the pain that has occurred in their lives. They will be able to rewrite their story as triumphant from the darkness of what WAS to the many beautiful possibilities of what can BE. The girls will be rescued from their unsafe homes. In their new residence they will be given care to restore them physically as well as the space to heal mentally. Mental health resources will be provided, including: one on one counseling; group therapy; therapeutic rooms; comfort; and activities. We will provide a pleasant living space with quality food and clothing. When the girls are not in school or resting there will be classes for development and life experience. The classes will offer arts, athletics, self-defense, life skills, etiquette, college prep, and career exploration. During school downtimes, there will be field travel to broaden the horizons of the children. One of the more important components of the life in a Rose Petals for Ashes home is the Spiritual development where the importance of prayer and Bible Study will be a part of the girl’s daily lives. After a young lady has reached adulthood and completed general education, she will be encouraged to attend college or begin a trade. They will be allowed to come home on college breaks. While living in the home on extended breaks the young adults will be allowed to be employed in the home as interns. This will give them a way to earn spending money as well as develop a work history in preparation for their future career. Rose Petals for Ashes will be the place that a girl that has been hurt can come to feel safe, be restored, and set up for success.
